Great listing!

There's a lot of really interesting and useful sites here.

I've perused several since I found this posting a couple of days ago.  Will definitely look at more of them.  Thanks for putting this all together.

would any of these sites help me find readers for my comic book?????
the books already for sale on Kindle book store & I just need to find readers/buyers
FriendlyHand Featured By Owner Edited Dec 2, 2014  Professional Digital Artist
You could do an Internet search for articles about how to market your book. The kindle and lulu sites may have FAQs about that too. Some of the links in the comics section above may have advice about marketing your work (online, at conventions, at local comic shops etc)

Part of the solution is finding potential buyers, but part of the solution is insuring that you have a marketable product that is better than competing products and that appeals to a target audience that is willing and able to spend money on it.

Keep in mind that a lot of factors have to come together to make a book desirable to readers, so be sure to objectively evaluate the story, art, panel layout, balloon layout, spelling, grammar, punctuation, continuity and any other factors that might make your book seem more or less polished. Some of the links (especially in the tutorials and figure drawing sections) above may help you continue to improve your art skills so that your finished work attracts more attention.

Hm, i don't really see anything about graphic design here...
maybe it's because it's not considered art? i'm doomed if that's the case
FriendlyHand Featured By Owner Oct 7, 2014  Professional Digital Artist
If you find some that you like, let me know and I'll add them!

Thanks for the huge set of links!

But "I don't recommend becoming a freelance illustrator" directs to a "not found" page.
